Curator: John Augustine, Augustine Family Farm / GoFarm Hawai’i Incubator. Over the past 5 years, GoFarmers have also selected a new variety, recently dubbed ‘GoFarm Gold’, in honor of its orange color and its blue ribbon at the Kauai County Fair. GoFarm Gold was selected from the red hybrid cherry tomato ‘Merlot’ which is no longer available, and selected by GoFarmers over the past five years for production, taste, virus resistance, and semi-determinate habit. ‘GoFarm Gold’ seed will soon be offered via the Hawaii Seed Growers Network.
