Breeder Anthony Boutard with Chef Sarah Minnick of Lovely's Fifty-Fifty. Minnick used Anthony's barley seven different ways in her culinary creations, including these ice cream sandwiches with triple barley 'Interlaken' raisin cookies and malted-roasted barley ice cream.
