Yuge Farm is a second generation, family, dairy farm in Kobe, Japan. Dairy products made on the farm and greens and veggies grown on the farm are served in the restaurant. You can also buy milk, butter, a variety of high quality cheeses and other goods in their farm store. Tadao Yuge has created a biogas system that resuses cow manure and powers lights and greenhouse warmers on the farm. Truly a revolutionary farm in Japan.
