They are know for their Arch Cape Chicories, beans and Peace No War Corn. They also grow a range of fruits and grains including sour cherries, and frikeh.

Once burnt the wheat must be dried or milled and cooked right away. Local restaurants who appreciate unique, local foods, love to add it to the menu during the season.
